Adjuvants and Vaccines

1. An adjuvant, is not only of various oil bases but for the desired immune effect in relation to vaccines, contains a mixture of other viral and bacterial materials assumed to produce the correct immune response for the target irritant. It is important to know what the "other viral or bacterial materials" are, their source and virility.
It is possible to produce the exotoxic and endotoxic chemicals particular to a variety of viruses and bacteria but this would not ensure immunity due to the fact that the human immune system marker that identifies each is not known, ie the marker that identifies the protein toxin in a lab is not necessarily that which identifies the virus or bacteria to the human immune system which in turn determines what kind of secondary immune response will be initiated. 2. An immune reaction to viral or bacterial material directly injected into the body bypasses the natural order of human immune response, Viral and bacterial matter can produce both Exotoxic chemicals and Endotoxic chemicals(protein toxins), the human immune system has an orderly and different response to both, for instance, bacterial spores entering the body through normal channels such as nose and mouth produce firstly, mucus in an attempt to expell the spores by way of trapping them in the mucus and producing a phlem cough to aid in expulsion from the body. The second phase of bacterial activity happens when by way of quorum sensing, the bacteria signal eachother to indicate they are of great enough numbers to overcome immune response in the surrounding cells thus setting the endotoxic part of their DNA strand to work which destroys cellular structure through highly toxic chemical reactions. There is a greater chance of their survival at this point as the immune system can be fooled into not responding properly due to signals that it is attacking human DNA from the cell used to reproduce the invader. An immune system response great enough to kill the invader will also kill healthy human cells, a catch 22, damned if you don't damned if you do sort of thing.

3. Seldom is the first line of human immune response unsuccessful in reducing the numbers of invaders to an acceptable minimum in most reasonably healthy individuals. Where there are insufficient numbers of the bacteria or virus to overcome a cell warning system that calls for an immune response, the bacteria or virus will remain attached to a cell wall but remain in a dormant state (stealth mode), thus making the host a carrier of more than the normally acceptable level most commonly present.

4 If the virus or bacteria has gained sufficient numbers to overcome cells and reproduce, then an immune response kicks in with the intention of halting the destruction. The battle is still not over and the invaders are not necessarily defeated as many viruses and bacteria will have been able to produce a spore which is a dormant version of itself, also containing the human DNA as this is the material it used to reproduce itself.
Not only has it now got protection from the human immune system because it is recognised as human DNA it is also relatively impenetrable due to it's dormant state outer membrane or shell. It is now free to travel to other organs throughout the body, like having administrator rights on a computer to enter any system area and alter any file without the system questioning it, if at this point the host has managed to survive the invasion. The future of the host is at this point almost predetermined as the natural balance is weighted toward cell destruction should quorum sensing kick in at any time.

5. In this wonderous age of nano technology many patents for gene strapping prove that it is possible to combine the DNA strand data of competing viruses and bacteria which produces some known effects such as increasing their antibiotic resistance and increasing production of endotoxins. Cross breeding these little single cell marvels has come about through funding from various military extablishments for use as biological weapons and so called "naturally occuring" pesticides.
Now we have a situation whereby quorum sensing in viruses and bacteria can be sent from any one of a number of them to give the signal to all of them to activate any and all in unison because they all share common DNA, created in laboritories.
Since Staph aureus is one of the most prevalent viruses mankind hosts it is becoming an apparently more virulent and more commonly occuring infection, as it's DNA (and vice versa) is found in many other viral and bacterial agents such as hepatitis, meningitis, anthrax, and e-coli to name a few.
What this means is that if you are exposed to e-coli that you may or may not suffer the symptoms associated with e-coli but you most probably will suffer the symptoms brought about with staph aureus as it is a predominant dweller in humans, the balance of sybiotic association is easily tipped. "Shared"Symptoms are making accurate assessment and treatment very difficult for physicians.
The human immune system becomes overtaxed having to produce antibodies for each variant all at the same time also damaging healthy cells in the process.
Physicians may treat the most predominant symptom but easily overlooking others that are still active making recovery times abnormally extended, where the patient manages to survive the apparent "superbug" conditions in medical facilities.
